Can I bring my own food and cake?

Yes! Families are welcome to bring food, drinks, cake, and decorations.

How early can we arrive?

You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up decorations and party supplies.

What should participants wear?

Athletic clothing and tennis shoes are recommended. Please avoid clothing with zippers, buttons, or jewelry that could interfere with activities.

Are parents required to stay?

Yes. A parent or guardian must remain present throughout the party.

Party Policies

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date.

  • Remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

  • All participants must have a signed waiver prior to participating.

  • Parties are limited to the reserved time slot.

  • Decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the party.

  • King Elite Cheer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities.
